BANKING & FINANCE LAW, CORPORATE LAW AND CONTRACT LAW

Duco Blijdenstein is a lawyer (advocaat) based in Amsterdam specialised in Banking & Finance Law, Corporate Law and Contract Law. He studied Private Law, with a Corporate Law  specialisation, at the Universtity of Amsterdam. Before founding Blijdenstein Advocatuur he worked as a lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP. Here he advised numerous businesses and financial institutions on a broad legal spectrum. Previously, Duco co-founded banking and finance law firm Bond Advocaten. He has extensive experience in various types of (complex) financing transactions. He advised lenders and borrowers in numerous project financing, asset finance and real estate financing transaction. He has a special focus on project finance.

 

Besides the regular education at the Dutch Bar Association, Duco successfully completed the Law Firm School (post-academic education). As a Dutch native speaker, Duco is also fluent in English and Spanish.
